Apple pay in uae??

A few banks in the UAE are planning to launch Apple Pay very soon, I guess before the end of 2017.

At the time of this writing they are:

• Emirates NBD
• Mashreq
• HSBC
• RAK Bank
• Standard Chartered
• Emirates Islamic

This is a user-based community - you are not talking to Apple here - so I'm afraid that no-one here can tell you anything about Apple's unannounced plans for Apple Pay (whether, when, etc). It is also not allowed here to speculate.

Your best solution is to keep checking Apple's website, which will be updated with details of any changes (new countries and/or card issuers) in due course:
